- Loading and positioning: food items are placed into trays or packaging boxes, which are then conveyed into the packaging area and automatically positioned.
- Vacuuming: the vacuum pump is activated to remove air from the packaging box, reducing oxygen content.
- Gas flushing: depending on the product type, a specified proportion of protective gas is introduced into the packaging box.
- Heat sealing: after gas flushing is complete, the mold heats to seal the packaging, ensuring a secure and airtight seal.
- Film winding/unwinding and cutting: the inflatable shaft automatically winds and unwinds the film, cuts it to shape, and completes the output of finished packaged products.
- Counting and conveying: finished packaged products are conveyed out via the conveyor belt while undergoing quantity counting, facilitating production management.
